James Marroun is the Founder and Managing Director of TLH Group Company, established in 2009. He is responsible for overseeing the direction of TLH Group Company and regularly reviews its processes. With his strong commitment to providing a first-of-its-kind boutique recruitment agency, James Marroun always goes above and beyond for his clients.
TLH Recruitment was founded in 2009, from the concept of working in the construction industry and receiving requests for good and reliable tradesmen. James Marroun wanted to create a ‘service first led’ recruitment company, offering tailored labour hire solutions across various industries. Reducing the stress many businesses were up against with sourcing hardworking and reliable staff.
Bringing his 20 years of experience in hospitality and construction to TLH Recruitment, the company now manages the recruitment of several businesses in various industries, including construction, FMCG, hospitality, logistics and warehousing, retail, information technology, financial and payroll management, administration and more.
With his strong belief in consistency, credibility and transparency, James Marroun has maintained long-lasting relationships with some of Australia’s largest companies, many of whom have been around since the company’s inception — a true testament to his commitment and passion for his craft.
James Marroun is also exceptionally skilled in permanent placement, negotiation, operations management, hospitality industry, and construction — his demonstrated history across these fields has allowed him to lend a hand to other prospective business owners.
As a licensed builder, James Marroun knows a thing or two about what it takes to get a business up and running. Alongside his life-long friend Charbel Khoury, James Marroun played a massive role in establishing Spectrum Pools — an extension of TLH Group that specialises in concrete pools, plunge pools, spas and cabanas. He and Charbel also continue to work on several stand-alone projects together.
Aside from lending his expertise to businesses Australia-wide, James Marroun is also the Director and proud member of the Help For Hirschsprung Disease charity. This organisation helps and supports families with children suffering from HSCR/bowel disease.
James Marroun and TLH Group also proudly support the Ronald McDonald House Charities Greater Western Sydney (RMHC GWS), which offers support to ill or injured children and their families.
