Our Process
1. Initial Consultation
We meet on site to assess existing site conditions, discuss potential issues, talk about the wants and needs and anything other requirements.
2. Estimation & Brainstorming
We collectively share ideas and visions and we’ll provide you with a free non obligation quote.
3. Approval of Quote
Once quote is approved and contract is signed, we will commence with surveying, engineering (pool drawings) and obtaining council approval.
4. The Construction
After receiving your approved plans, we start the construction. We will continue to efficiently communicate customer-builder-staff office-crew via email. We conclude project with a final clean up and handover.

Spectrum Pools was established in 2017 by Charbel Khoury and James Marroun. After many years working at a well-known pool company, Charbel wanted to start his own and enlisted the help of life-long friend and business building pro, James Marroun. Using James’ impressive building experience and Charbel’s extensive pool installation knowledge, the pair entered a partnership and Spectrum Pools was born.
